Russia’s IT market could approach $40 bln by 2010 – Ministry MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) – The volume of Russia’s information technology market could grow to as much as $40 billion by 2010, which would be almost six times the number for 2003, director of the Communications Ministry’s information community strategy department Oleg Byakhov said during a Thursday meeting of the State Council’s IT development working group.
